Saba Qamar born April 5, 1984. She is a Pakistani model and actress. She has appeared in a variety of television dramas and advertisements. She has played best roles in Dastaan, Bunty I Love You,Pani Jaisa Piyar, Jo Chalay To Jaan Se Guzar Gaye, Digist Writter and Maat. Qamar was born into a Syed family in Karachi, Pakistan. Qamar first appeared in the television series Main Aurat Hoon. She won the PTV award for the best TV actress in both public and jury choice categories in the 16th Annual PTV awards on 23 July 2011.
She is filming the serial Main Manto directed by Sarmad Sultan Khoosat and an untitled drama serial directed by Amina Khan opposite Mikaal Zulfiqar for Mastermind Productions. In 2012, Qamar appeared in Maat playing the role of Saman, an ambitious and arrogant girl, who wishes to be successful and rich in life. Now a day her new drama serial “Digist Writter” is playing on “Hum TV”. Her fans like her very much in this drama.
Saba Qamar belongs to a noble family so she was not involved with any type of affair or scandal from the start of her career till now. But some years ago it was in the news that she got married to her cousin who is an engineer at PAF. Saba Qamar commented on the news and said that she is engaged to his cousin but not married whenever she will be she will not hide it.
Saba Qamar is expert of Yoga. She says that she got the training of Yoga within two years. After yoga she feels relax, tension free and fit. Saba Qamar is one of the few who are loyal to their work. About her work she said that there is more to a women’s life than saas bahu’s issues and she wants to do something different so she could be remembered for that. About her family support she said that one of my sister’s friend saw likely in me and offered me the role in “Main Aurat Hoon” it was difficult for me to decide due to family limitations but then I went for it. And my family supported me later because I did nothing they could be ashamed of; I did the quality and neat work.
She says about her hit role in drama serial “Maat” that the role of Saman was not difficult for me because I understood it well as I saw many girls of my college doing the same and going for the money by fastener or criminal. When the talk came towards holidays she smiled and answered I could never enjoy vacations because camera is so addictive that you can’t stay away from it.
She says about her that I am responsible and intelligent lady. She needs respect from her husband. When she came in Television, she was immature but now she is enough mature. She likes to read the books of Ishfaq Ahmad and Bano Qudeesya. They are her favorite writers.
