Kate Middleton loved this dress so much, she wore it twice! The Duchess of Cambridge first donned this L.K. Bennett blue poppy print dress in 2014 while touring Brisbane, Australia. Kate rocked the chic dress again on Aug. 24, 2016 when she and Prince William went to tour Youthscape, a charity that help young people cope with mental health issues. The duchess changed up her accessories, swapping her blue clutch for a beige one the second time around.
There’s nothing wrong with recycling a chic look, just ask Kate Middleton! The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted at an event in London on Oct. 10, 2015, wearing the same Tory Burch dress she wore when visiting New Zealand last year (l.). On April 9, 2014, Kate rocked the cute white and black dress while taking Prince George to his first playdate during the family’s tour of Australia and New Zealand.
It wasn’t long before Kate Middleton made a name for herself as a royal style icon and connoisseur of fashion repeats. While she’s every high-fashion designer’s favorite clothes horse, Kate has been wearing the same DAY Birger et Mikkelsen coat dress since 2006. The Duchess first wore the gold coat dress to Laura Parker Bowles’ nuptials in Wiltshire in May 2006, again in 2011 to Zara Phillips’ wedding in Edinburgh and in 2012 to the London Paralympic Games.
It looks like Kate has met her match! The beautiful royal wore Alexander McQueen’s military inspired blouse and skirt combo once in 2011 in Birmingham and again in 2014 during a visit to Great Britain’s World War II code-breaking site.
Kate Middleton looked every bit the Duchess when she donned this beautiful Temperley London Amoret gown on the eve of her 30th birthday at the War Horse premiere in 2012, so who can blame her for recycling the look at the screening of “David Attenborough’s Natural History Museum Alive” in 2013.
Kate Middleton proves she’s a lady in red when she donned this Alexander McQueen dress to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee River Pageant Flotilla event in 2012, and again to the 2014 Dramatic Arts reception.
Pretty in pink! This Emilia Wickstead dress is clearly among one of Kate Middleton’s favorite frocks as the Duchess wore it during a reception before Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee lunch at Windsor Castle on May 18, 2012, before recycling the look ONLY 11 days later at a tea party in Buckingham Palace on May 29, 2012.
