In all over the World, vegetables make for breakfast, lunch and dinner after adding many ingredients that enhance the taste of it.
No single vegetable provides toy nutrients for healthiness you need to eat a plenty of its variety. Vegetables can control your blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart attack, prevent from cancer, and control blood sugar level. Vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals, iron and proteins. Some vegetables are listed here for good and fresh health:

YOGA: SPIRITUAL AND MIND RELAXATION
In ancient age many spiritual people adopted yoga as a worship. In modern ear it has become the source of relaxation and exercise for body and mind. Many people only do yoga for their fitness. When you are upset and tired you go to before your television and started to watch your favorite programmed but it will give you little bit relaxation. You should adopt yoga at home for relax your body and mind and release your stress. If you will give you only 10 minutes of your whole day routine, it can release your stress.
When stress is overwhelmed then you go to doctor for relaxation medicine that can cause of many diseases. Stress is necessary for life but high quantity of stress can paralyze you. For yoga, you can adopt these positions:
1. Lotus Position:
Lotus position is known as cross legged position too. The position of body directly influence on your mind. When you are in the lotus position, your mind is found relaxation and peace.
2. Corpse Position:
This can remove your depression and headaches. Sit on the floor with bend knees and feet. Breathe deeply and close your eyes. At the end lay down your head on floor and rest for 5 minutes.
3. Standing Forward Bend Position:
This is best for those who are flexible and don’t mind standing. Stand straight with your feet parallel to hips. Bend your body from the hips and it will relax your mind.
Yoga Nidra:
Many people sleep without resolving their tensions and depression. These tensions all the time stay in their mind. Nidra means sleep and yoga nidra means sleep but after keep away from your tensions. It is bless of Allah that you don’t have any tension. Relaxation means happy life. Some steps are here by which you can relax your body before sleeping:
Lay Down on Floor:
Firstly, you should lay down on floor straight. Your back should be touched floor. Body should be straight from head to toe. You should feel comfortable. In nidra yoga, there is no any body movement. Now close your eyes.
Breathe Deeply:
Now you should breathe deeply 5 times. Don’t open your eyes.
Relax Your Body and Mind:
You should relax your body as well as mind. You should feel there is no tension, no work and only you are important.
Think Positive and Resolve:
You should think positive things and solutions of your worries. There is no one problems come without any solution.
Faith on Allah:
Only have faith on Allah. He will solve your problem so think about Allah’s blessings.
Imagine Greenery:
Close your eyes and think that you are in the greenery place. Everywhere are beautiful flowers and their fragrances. No tension only nature’s beauty is everywhere. Life is beautiful.
Finish:
Now finish your nidra yoga. After it you will feel so much relax. You will sleep relaxed. For this yoga you need only 10 minutes. But many of us, don’t consider it, they think how we can remove our tension by this yoga. Just do it one time. It shows you many positive effects.

WATER IS NOT NECESSARY FOR SMARTNESS
Water is necessary for our health. Man can live without food but he cannot live without water. People drink water many times in a day for dieting. Researchers say that water is not helpful for smart body. Some people drink seven to eight glass of water during dieting; it is not effective they are wasting their time. They should eat that food which is full of water such as vegetables, fruits, rice, soap and many more. It is true that those people are smart and fresh who eat that food which is full of water as compare to those people who drink a lot of water.
Water full food have effect on body but that water which is in the shape of soft drink goes in to body have no much effect on body. Water full foods have fiber in itself. After eating fiber food, you don’t eat more food. You should eat such foods which have full elements of water in it then you eat little quantity of water. It is said that after drinking water you eat little quantity of food. When water goes in our body in the form of food then we feel soothe and console. In this way we eat little quantity of food and it becomes the source of smartness.
During eating food which water you drink, it does not have any source of fatness. Water is necessary for healthiness not for smartness. It is also said that eight to nine glass of water don’t become the source of glowing skin and freshness. But which people have disease of bones and many more, they need water. Those people who live in hot cities they need water to fulfill the quantity of water in body. But it is also said that hot water is the source of smartness. Cold water does not release extra fats in fact it becomes the source of fatness.
Many people who live in hot cities drink cold drinks for finishing the craving, which is bad for health. They should drink hot water and eat that food which is full of sour and water. In summer season you can eat rice, pear, watermelon, muskmelon, peach, grapes, and green leaves vegetables. In winter season you can eat rice, citron, lime, orange, carrots, and many more.
Drinking Water after Meal in Islam:
Water is a great gift which has given us by Allah. All human beings even animals cannot live without water. A famous HADDIS is, “Water, before meal is Gold, during meal is Silver and after meal is Iron.” Our Holy Prophet (PBUH) was not drinking water immediately after meal. Now scientific research has also approved that after meal drinking water is equal to cancer. it stops the process of digestive system. Drinking water is necessary for health but drink on wrong time can causes many diseases. Drink water with right hand and with Allahamdullah cannot cause of any disease. Islam is a complete religion who guides us all affairs of our life. In fact it has taught us how and when drinking water?

With the passage of time, we are leaving many good habits, traditions, and values. In this machinery age everyone is busy in his work. In these good habits one habit was early morning wake up. If you want to adopt this habit then it is not difficult. If you will wake up early morning, you can walk in morning. Early morning wake up is a natural process. That’s why who wake up early morning; they live happy and fresh all the day. They have positive thinking. Late wake up will make you lazy, negative thinker and unhappy.
Who sleep late they gain 248 calories in a day. They eat fast food two times in a day. They don’t concentrate on fruits and vegetables. In research founded that that sleeps late their calostrole level increases. Early morning wake up will decrease your depression and all type of tension. They have more confidence and faith on their work as compare to late sleepers. So make it your habit to wake up early morning and do exercise. Morning walk and exercise make you fresh and active. It is natural that morning air makes your brain active and decreases all your pains.
Morning walk and exercise improves sleep and it is best for fats reducing. 30 minutes walk is necessary from the whole day. god sleep helps to control the hormonal balance and that helps control appetite. Early exercise is too good it has many reasons.
1. A Consistence in Work:
Early walk and exercise make you consistent for work. You can manage your work easily at home and office. You have much time to manage it.
2. Say Good Bye to Pain:
It is natural that early exercise makes you physically fit. You will notice that your all pains have gone by early walk and exercise. You don’t need a doctor.
3. Brain Boosting Power:
Exercise has to be proven that it increases mental focus and level. Make it powerful and fresh. In the whole day working your brain and body will be remained in a shape.

In our daily work, we have no spare time for ourselves. In this era, man has become a machine who workout whole the day. Early walk and exercise is best for weight losing.

Many go to gym for exercise but after leaving gym they get weight in some days. It is not good for health. Tea plant has leave’s size and color according to its type. These types are called China, Assam, and Cambodia. Usually tea plant has special size because of it; it is easy to collect its leaves. In some places if it is not reap every year then it has the ability to become fifty feet long. There are many types of tea which are used in all over the World:
White Tea:
White tea prepares with the leaves of plant. It dries in sunlight. But its leaves have white color. White tea loses the cloistral level in blood, control blood pressure, and save the heart attack and heart diseases. It has the ability of finish the germs.
Green Tea:
In Pakistan, green tea is considered as coffee, Kashmir tea or pink tea. Milk is not mixed in it. Green tea is best for health. It is best for heart. It is helpful for bones, active body, release weariness, and digestive food. Its daily use can save you from cancer, and chest. Its use control fatness of body.
Black Tea:
It is fast in taste. It is famous in entrepreneurs. It has long lasting taste. It is mostly farm in China, India, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. In Pakistan and India it is made by mixing milk and sugar. By its use people have active themselves.
A chemical element of tea “Poli Fastol” increases the ability of anti acid. It becomes the source of freshness of mind and body. Researchers say that who take tea most of the time, they have active and brilliant mind because it contains antioxidant. If tea has benefits then it has also disadvantages. High quantity of anything in body can increase side effects. Extra antioxidants can increase bad effects. Take tea with meal may be not access to iron.
Tea contains caffeine that can cause of nervousness, irregular heartbeat and insomnia. Simple tea contains too much calories and researchers say that women need 100 calories and men need 150 calories that can cause of fatness. Tea causes the yellow teeth.
